- Fluency in technical communication and business negotiations (English)
- Proficiency in a local language is a plus
- More than 6 years of experience in PV/energy storage solution design, system integration, or pre-sales technical roles
- Proficient in PVsyst, PVsol, Helioscope simulation tools
- Proficient in AutoCAD for electrical layout
- Proficient in Excel for modeling
- Familiar with inverter and PCS hardware/software principles
- Familiar with PV system architecture and wiring principles
- Familiar with PV system design principles
- Familiar with battery, BMS, EMS technologies
- Familiar with energy storage fire protection and thermal management
- Familiar with PV-storage-diesel hybrid system integration
- Familiar with micro-grid control strategies
- Familiar with off-grid and on-grid switching logic
- Familiar with European market grid connection policies
- Familiar with European market subsidy mechanisms
- Familiar with European market grid codes and certification
- Understand energy storage business models
- Understand local power market trading rules
- Bachelor's Degree
Tasks
- Engage with customers for professional technical output
- Analyze specific technical requirements across application scenarios
- Design integrated system solutions covering PV modules, inverters, BMS, EMS
- Assist customers with revenue forecasting and economic analysis
- Draft bilingual technical bid documents and feasibility studies
- Participate in bid submissions, technical clarifications, and contract negotiations
- Ensure smooth project progress through full-cycle coordination
- Track and analyze PV and energy storage policies
- Analyze power market trading rules and industry trends
- Conduct in-depth competitive analysis of strategies, products, and pricing
- Provide strategic inputs for product planning
- Participate in formulating product roadmaps
- Organize product line teams to clarify and discuss technical solutions
- Apply for and track product change requests
- Support new product launches with system solution design
- Organize customer training and guide equipment installation
- Collect field information and customer feedback
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to explore markets
- Maintain technical customer relationships
- Build and maintain overseas channel systems
- Promote cooperation with local distributors and installers
- Represent the company at overseas energy exhibitions and forums
- Manage local pre-sales technical support engineers
- Participate in formulating performance contracts and assessing indicators
- Organize regional pre-sales technical requirements meetings
- Collect and discuss technical requirements
- Apply for and track requirement implementation
- Provide regular product and technical training to internal and external teams
- Serve as a communication bridge between technology, marketing, R&D, and service departments
- Ensure information synchronization and smooth resource allocation
