- •Track record in value propositions
- •Success in driving price execution
- •Experience with KPIs and dashboards
- •At least 5 years experience
- •Knowledge of DACH healthcare systems
- •Desirable Oncology expertise
- •MBA, MSc, or equivalent qualification
- •Fluency in German and English

- •Manage end-to-end HTA submissions and price negotiations
- •Align market access strategies with affiliate and global teams
- •Coordinate cross-functional input from medical and brand teams
- •Lead data analysis for benefit assessments and pricing
- •Develop market access and pricing strategies for medicines
- •Communicate payer needs to inform evidence-generation prioritization
- •Develop value dossiers to communicate product benefits
- •Submit critical access requirements to the department head
- •Provide input for global strategic price-setting
- •Support local price negotiations and innovative contracting solutions
- •Ensure brands have appropriate local market access plans
- •Assess payer value and label considerations for launches
- •Develop KPIs and analytics for pricing reviews
