Requirements

  • •Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, IT, or comparable qualification
  • •Several years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management
  • •In-depth knowledge and experience in international warehousing and transport logistics
  • •Experience in data analytics, e.g., Power BI or similar tools
  • •Proven leadership experience and cross-functional project management skills
  • •Solid knowledge of SAP R3/APO or comparable ERP systems
  • •Fluency in English and German (spoken and written)
  • •Intercultural experience

Tasks

  • •Develop and implement global supply chain strategies
  • •Lead global logistics activities, including warehousing and transportation
  • •Manage daily operations of the Customer Service organization
  • •Oversee order processing and complaint handling
  • •Coordinate export activities and customer requirements
  • •Collaborate with Sales and Product Management for demand planning
  • •Optimize collaboration between Procurement, Production, and Logistics
  • •Support process development within Ushio’s ERP system
  • •Contribute to the improvement of ERP systems like SAP and IBP
