Requirements
- •10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or quality
- •Proven experience deploying global processes and systems
- •Strong expertise in logistics, inventory management, supplier development, and quality management
- •Demonstrated success in scaling organizations rapidly
- •Deep understanding of Lean, QMS/ISO systems, and continuous improvement methodologies
- •Proficiency with ERP, MRP, and WMS systems
- •Experience in automation, industrial equipment, or high-mix, low-volume manufacturing
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Builder and operator capable of scaling fast while maintaining excellence

- •Lead the launch and scale-up of EMEA operations
- •Implement global systems and standards for regional needs
- •Ensure alignment with global processes while improving efficiency
- •Serve as the accountability point for EMEA performance
- •Establish and manage the regional supply chain network
- •Oversee inbound, outbound, and last-mile logistics
- •Manage supplier qualification and performance improvement
- •Drive cost optimization while maintaining supplier relationships
- •Leverage digital tools for material visibility and decision-making
- •Set up and optimize EMEA fulfillment and assembly operations
- •Deploy Lean systems for scalable execution
- •Oversee site layout and performance at the Berlin hub
- •Lead major operational projects and process integration
- •Localize the global Quality Management System for Europe
- •Ensure quality compliance with company standards
- •Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
- •Build a culture of quality at the source
- •Partner with global peers for standardization initiatives
- •Integrate global planning with European supply realities
- •Optimize inventory strategy for responsiveness and accuracy
- •Ensure data integrity through system controls and dashboards
- •Maintain synchronization with global Planning and Logistics
- •Lead site expansion projects from negotiation to readiness
- •Manage facility-related vendors and contracts
- •Ensure compliance across all EMEA facilities
- •Hire and develop a Berlin-based supply chain team
- •Engage in problem solving and process improvement
- •Foster a culture of speed and continuous improvement
- •Act as a bridge between EMEA and global leadership
