- •Drive Adobe's Digital Media Enterprise Sales performance and strategy across Central
- •Lead and develop front-line managers and their teams of Account Executives
- •Define differentiated offerings and go-to-market strategies with executive leadership
- •Achieve predictable and sustainable revenue growth by meeting targets
- •Identify and accelerate revenue opportunities within key accounts
- •Optimize daily sales activities to enhance revenue conversion
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance commercial opportunities
- •Partner with Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Marketing, and Global teams for execution
- •Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and performance
- •Provide insights on Central market trends, opportunities, and customer needs for regional and global strategy
