  • Drive Adobe's Digital Media Enterprise Sales performance and strategy across Central
  • Lead and develop front-line managers and their teams of Account Executives
  • Define differentiated offerings and go-to-market strategies with executive leadership
  • Achieve predictable and sustainable revenue growth by meeting targets
  • Identify and accelerate revenue opportunities within key accounts
  • Optimize daily sales activities to enhance revenue conversion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance commercial opportunities
  • Partner with Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Marketing, and Global teams for execution
  • Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and performance
  • Provide insights on Central market trends, opportunities, and customer needs for regional and global strategy
