- Engage in automation projects with Data Science teams
- Track, analyze, and report on daily/weekly KPIs
- Identify levers to improve quality and efficiency
- Coach and mentor 8 Leads through hands-on problem-solving
- Ensure global alignment within the team
- Perform data deep-dives to understand curator challenges
- Challenge and improve quality frameworks
- Roll out new product features and technology transitions
- Train 800+ curators for new features and technology
- Ensure seamless execution without quality loss
