Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable field
- Several years of experience in project management, controlling, and auditing
- Strong expertise in technical and commercial project management, project and contract controlling, and knowledge of project-related risks and opportunities with precise assessments and recommendations
- Desirable certifications: Project Management (e.g., PMI) or Auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA)
- SAP experience is an advantage
- Excellent analytical skills, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Proven ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary and international teams
- Business-fluent German and English skills, written and spoken
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
Tasks
- Assess and mitigate technical and commercial risks
- Support the Stage-Gate process
- Conduct risk analyses
- Collaborate with Corporate Functions and operational units
- Define and maintain risk classification standards
- Ensure compliance with Stage-Gate process
- Report to segment leadership and Executive Board
- Contribute to project standards and tools development
- Prepare quarterly reports on tenders and contract status
- Participate in due-diligence reviews
- Prepare ad-hoc risk reports for M&A processes
- Assess contractual risks and opportunities in bids
- Review bids according to Group Standards
- Report to responsible management levels
- Monitor contract execution for projects, services, and framework agreements
- Identify deviations early
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders
- Develop and implement risk mitigation measures
- Collaborate with Group Controlling and Project Audit
- Ensure data quality
- Address audit recommendations early
