In this role, you will shape the advertising and promotions strategy for your region, working closely with senior stakeholders and product teams to maximize revenue and drive impactful initiatives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve strategic analysis, project management, and collaboration to ensure successful product roll-outs.

Requirements

• •5+ years of professional experience
• •3+ years in management consulting, investment banking, or internet company
• •Experience in advertising strategy
• •Proven experience in defining and executing strategies
• •Hands-on mentality
• •Analytical and structured way of working
• •Logical thinking skills
• •Highly motivated and communicative
• •Energetic and independent in handling business challenges
• •Ability to achieve goals in a dynamic and pressured environment
• •Excellent English communication skills
• •Work experience in central teams overseeing multiple entities
• •Technology experience, preferably AdTech

Tasks

• •Define and drive advertising and promotions strategy for your region
• •Identify gaps in current strategies and create execution plans
• •Maximize revenue performance and vendor investments in promotions
• •Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
• •Drive performance of DH Group C-level OKRs
• •Develop timely analyses to estimate potential impact of initiatives
• •Identify and prioritize business issues and define solutions
• •Support product concept definition and product discovery
• •Lead global projects and product roll-outs, owning their outcomes
• •Prepare Go-To-Market strategies and sales enablement materials
