- •5+ years experience in channel partnerships, business development, account management or indirect sales
- •3-5+ years experience managing or mentoring teams in high-growth environments
- •Deep understanding of indirect sales models, reseller/distributor relationships, and partner economics
- •Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- •Experience working with PRM tools (Allbound)
- •Ability to travel as needed
- •Background in SaaS, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or cloud solutions
- •Experience managing global or multi-regional partner teams
- •Existing network of resellers, distributors, or technology partners in EMEA markets
