- •Be the key contact for hospital teams
- •Manage the patient journey from registration to infusion
- •Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Supply Chain, Medical, IT, and Commercial teams
- •Communicate critical updates to site stakeholders
- •Coordinate logistics and training for site readiness
- •Resolve supply issues and coordination gaps proactively
- •Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain on product-related issues
- •Create and refine SOPs and training materials
- •Master AstraZeneca Cell Therapy Hub systems and processes
- •Drive innovation to enhance patient experience and streamline operations
- •Follow all regulatory standards and internal procedures
- •Coordinate the rollout of new processes and improvements
- •Champion patient care and embody the mission of the Cell Therapy Hub
