- Learning & innovation mindset curiosity, experimentation, and pragmatism combined
Tasks
- Create and evolve global BPE portfolio and governance model
- Lead transition of administrative services to Shared Services Centers
- Enable Global Process Owners to succeed with clear roadmaps and tools
- Define and track strategic KPIs for process excellence impact
- Accelerate process mining, intelligence, and digital BPM capabilities
- Identify and pilot disruptive trends and emerging technologies
- Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning
- Develop future leaders for cross-functional change
