Description

You will lead the design of innovative semiconductor solutions, bridging the gap between medical regulations and user experience to create safe, connected, and energy-efficient health devices.

Requirements

• •Master’s, Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
• •12+ years of embedded system development for medical or consumer electronics
• •Expertise in bioelectrical, optical, biochemical, or mechanical sensor integration
• •Expertise in safety-critical embedded architectures and power management
• •Expertise in wireless connectivity and secure data transmission
• •Knowledge of medical standards and data privacy regulations
• •Experience managing and developing small technical teams
• •Proficiency in system-level modeling and simulation
• •Excellent stakeholder alignment and cross-functional collaboration skills
• •Experience in AI/ML for health signal processing
• •Familiarity with cloud-connected health ecosystems
• •Knowledge of battery-powered wearable platforms and ultra-low-power design
• •Understanding of human factors and usability in healthcare design

Tasks

• •Architect end-to-end system platforms for medical and wellness devices
• •Define hardware and software partitioning for secure embedded architectures
• •Design sensor interfaces and low-power data acquisition systems
• •Integrate wireless connectivity and secure cloud-based data handling
• •Implement cybersecurity, patient privacy, and functional safety protocols
• •Ensure designs meet international medical and healthcare regulatory standards
• •Support risk management and conduct safety architecture reviews
• •Coordinate documentation for certifications and quality audits
• •Lead and mentor a team of system architects
• •Develop system requirement documents and reference designs
