- •Experience in investment banking, private equity, or M&A
- •Experience in growth and technology oriented M&As
- •Analytical skills in financial modelling and valuation
- •Mastery of corporate and business strategy concepts
- •Experience with M&A processes and legal documentation
- •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- •Ability to create strong stakeholder networks
- •CFA and/or MBA qualifications
- •Fluency in written and spoken English
- •Knowledge of an additional EU language

- •Assist business units with strategic and M&A reflections
- •Lead all transaction stages from sourcing to post-closing
- •Coordinate negotiations and committee approvals
- •Perform detailed strategic analysis of market opportunities
- •Develop financial forecasts and business models
- •Establish the innovation roadmap and identify strategic priorities
- •Elaborate value creation strategies through comprehensive business cases
- •Support due diligence to validate assessments and mitigate risks
- •Establish capital alliances and industrial partnerships
- •Develop relationships with Venture Capital funds
- •Build investment cases for the Management and Supervisory Boards
