Requirements

  • •Proven track record as a fully qualified German lawyer
  • •More than ten years of top-tier experience in M&A transactions
  • •Outstanding expertise in general corporate law
  • •Proficiency in IT law, including IT project implementation and software development
  • •Experience at leading law firms
  • •Significant periods as in-house counsel at global technology companies
  • •Flawless academic credentials with a combined score of at least 18 points from German Legal State Exams
  • •International qualifications or an MBA as an advantage
  • •Exceptional strategic and conceptual abilities
  • •Deep interest in economic and business issues
  • •Independence, commitment, pragmatism, quick thinking, charisma, and focus on solutions
  • •Fluency in German and English

  • •Collaborate with the Global General Counsel and M&A team
