Requirements
- Fully qualified lawyer or experienced compliance professional
- Several years of compliance responsibility in international corporation or specialised consultancy
- Deep knowledge of key compliance-relevant legal areas
- Ability to translate legal requirements into clear, pragmatic guidance
- Strong interest in business and economic contexts
- Enjoyment of strategic and conceptual work at intersection of law, governance, value creation
- Excellent communication skills
- Conceptual strength
- Collaborative mindset
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders in international environment
- Self-driven, committed, and solution-oriented work style
- Fluent German and English
- Ability to support and influence global teams with confidence
Tasks
- Shape and roll out group-wide compliance program
- Collaborate with Global General Counsel
- Design and refine compliance strategies and policies
- Manage and steer compliance violation investigations
- Coordinate local compliance officers
- Conduct risk-based assessments
- Translate findings into improvements
- Provide independent, business-oriented compliance advice
- Advise listed holding company, subsidiaries, and employees
- Develop and deliver internal compliance trainings
- Embed compliance in key business processes
- Act as strategic partner for major projects and transactions

Education
- Bachelor's degree
