- Basic knowledge of business administration

- Beneficial experience in financing or U.S. law
Tasks

- Support the company's governing bodies
- Draft compensation and Supervisory Board reports
- Prepare and execute the Annual General Meeting
- Ensure compliance with MAR and WpHG regulations
- Handle group-wide corporate law matters
- Manage board member compensation topics
- Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders
- Manage and oversee external experts
- Lead and execute special legal projects
