Requirements

  • •MTA, BTA, equivalent qualification, or life sciences degree
  • •Experience in biochemical and molecular biology methods
  • •Protein purification and characterization experience
  • •Experience with bacterial or other expression systems
  • •Good documentation and communication skills
  • •Knowledge in MS Office
  • •Independent, effective, and flexible teamwork
  • •Strong cooperation skills and adaptability

Education

Vocational certification

Bachelor's degree

Work Experience

approx. 4 - 6 years

Tasks

  • •Express and purify proteins from bacterial and mammalian systems
  • •Utilize FPLC for protein purification processes
  • •Characterize recombinant vaccine candidates using biophysical and biochemical assays
  • •Perform DLS, cGE, and SEC-HPLC for candidate analysis
  • •Execute molecular biological, biochemical, and immunological in vitro assays
  • •Conduct Western blots and ELISA for vaccine characterization
  • •Plan and organize experiments independently with accurate documentation
  • •Prepare data for technical reports and presentations
  • •Collaborate with scientists, technicians, trainees, and adjacent departments
