Requirements
- Swiss Federal Certificate (CFC/EFZ) in Chemical Laboratory Technology or equivalent
- Experience in ink formulation
- Experience performing measurements with equipment and ease of use of new instruments
- Ability to use Microsoft Office tools for documentation, data processing, and presentations
- Experience in analytical chemistry laboratory environment (strong plus)
- Practical knowledge of analytical method development, qualification, or validation
- Familiarity with data treatment, statistical evaluation, and result interpretation
- Detail-oriented, methodical approach with focus on data reliability and documentation
- Good problem solver and innovative spirit, bringing ideas to implementation in industrial environment
- Autonomous, curious, trustworthy, and result-oriented
- Team player in multi-cultural environment, ability to work independently
- Good knowledge of English and French
