  • Success in national account sales within FMCG, Consumer Goods, or similar premium brand environment
  • Experience in trade marketing, e-commerce, or marketing
  • Managing P&L, budgets, and complex accounts
  • High commercial acumen and outstanding communication skills
  • Customer-first approach and expertise in nurturing trade customer relationships
  • Exceptional leadership qualities and ability to motivate a diverse workforce
  • Driven, results-oriented nature with entrepreneurial spirit
  • Fluency in German and English
