- Familiarity with regenerative agriculture, Scope 3, insetting, or sustainability transformation
- Curiosity and learning agility
- Consultative approach
- Uncover customer pain points, challenge assumptions constructively, build value-based business cases
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, helping customers define solutions collaboratively
- Enjoy working cross-functionally in fast-moving environments
- Fluent in English
- Ideally based in Berlin
Tasks
- Lead strategic new business development
- Engage senior stakeholders in procurement, sustainability, sourcing, and leadership
- Shape ambitious regenerative agriculture programs
- Build long-term partnerships
- Own strategic enterprise sales
- Lead complex new business opportunities end-to-end
- Prospect and develop account strategies
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline
- Navigate multi-stakeholder buying environments
- Drive commercial outcomes
- Balance long-term strategic partnership development
- Understand customer business priorities and sustainability goals
- Co-develop tailored regenerative agriculture solutions
- Design scalable customer programs
- Collaborate with product, R&D, and farmer success teams
- Build credibility with senior stakeholders
- Provide insights on industry dynamics and sustainability trends
- Help customers translate sustainability ambition into action
- Improve sales processes and account planning
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and forecasting in CRM
- Share market insights and customer feedback
