- •Work experience in IT support, systems administration, or project management
- •Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and business applications
- •Experience with cybersecurity practices and data protection
- •Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco
- •Excellent communication skills in English (C1+)
- •German skills as a nice to have
- •Mentoring or assisting junior IT professionals (ideal)

- •Resolve IT issues and service requests

- •Act as a hands-on technical escalation point
- •Coordinate IT projects and external vendors
- •Manage IT policies and technology solutions
- •Contribute to IT strategy and architecture decisions
- •Drive continuous IT process improvements
