- Track IT service and tool costs
- Handle invoicing and cost attribution
- Complete security compliance tasks
- Participate in quarterly access reviews
- Drive corrective actions for access reviews
- Implement organizational security practices
- Manage firewall and end-user device security
- Assist HR in setting up new vendors and tools
- Collaborate with HR to align IT policies
- Ensure robust WiFi and conferencing infrastructure
- Set up and manage office security measures
- Implement visitor logging systems
