Requirements
- Significant IT/TechOps experience, ideally in scaling tech companies
- Strong knowledge of Mac and Windows device management
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace administration
- Strong knowledge of Jira automation and workflows
- Strong knowledge of IT security and access controls
- Strong knowledge of hardware and asset lifecycle management
- Hands-on ITSM experience
