Requirements
- University degree in engineering or natural sciences

Tasks
- Develop and defend patents, utility models, trademarks, and designs
- Coordinate with global external law firms
- Advise departments on patent strategy
- Monitor and evaluate competitors' rights and technologies
- Conduct and analyze patent searches (FTO, patentability)
- Participate in opposition, infringement, and nullity proceedings
- Draft and assist in creating licensing agreements
- Review and advise on IP contracts or IP contract sections
- Establish and review IP-related processes, including IT processes
- Advise inventors and assess their inventions
- Support administration and management of internal IP software
Work Experience
- approx. 4 - 6 years

- Bachelor's degree
