Requirements

  • •Minimum 5-10 years professional experience in interior architecture
  • •Proven track record of completed projects in China
  • •Excellent communication and argumentation ability, both written and spoken
  • •Fluency in Mandarin and good English skills
  • •Experience handling Chinese real estate developers as clients
  • •Independent, reliable, structured work approach and excellent team qualities
  • •High design and technical abilities
  • •Open-minded, interdisciplinary thinking and self-motivation ability
  • •Confidence in all the latest software (CAD, Sketchup, etc.)
  • •Enthusiasm for innovative design thinking and worldwide implementation

Tasks

  • •Lead a Shanghai team in innovative design for hospitality, residential, or workplace projects
  • •Oversee new and existing project teams
  • •Manage projects from pitch and design concept to site construction coordination
  • •Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in interior, communication, and product design
  • •Handle day-to-day project operations, including team assignments and client communication
  • •Plan finances and maintain high design quality
  • •Prepare and present presentations to senior clients
