Requirements

  • Degree in business informatics, IT management, or comparable field
  • Good understanding of change, governance, and control models in regulated IT environment; DORA experience advantageous
  • Experience in operational management and coordination of IT/ICT processes
  • Experience working with audit, compliance, risk, or control functions
  • Ability to translate regulatory requirements into pragmatic, operationally viable processes
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills; confident professional presence
  • Fluent German and English skills (B2)
  • Ideally, experience automating/analyzing ITSM processes/data (scripting, low-code/no-code, JQL, AQL)

Tasks

  • Manage and monitor ICT Change Management process
  • Oversee CAB processes and ICT change coordination
  • Review and assess ICT changes within the team
  • Develop and maintain group-wide maintenance windows
  • Coordinate change plans and change calendars
  • Collaborate with IT Operations, IT Products, and business units
  • Work with Risk, Compliance, and ICS functions
  • Support internal and external audits with documentation
  • Create and analyze KPIs and reports
  • Use Jira and Power BI for operational transparency
  • Contribute to tooling and automation development
  • Support process improvements in IT Service Management
  • Ensure compliance with governance and ICT risk requirements
  • Adhere to DORA requirements
