Tasks
- •Manage personnel issues throughout the employee lifecycle
- •Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
- •Advise employees and managers on HR topics
- •Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- •Ensure compliance with German labor law
- •Prepare and manage employment contracts and agreements
- •Administer HR systems including SAP and Workday
- •Manage digital and physical personnel files
- •Prepare HR controlling and headcount reports
- •Support the monthly payroll accounting process
