• •Manage the full end-to-end recruiting cycle

• •Handle candidate communication and interview scheduling
• •Design and manage onboarding and offboarding journeys
• •Oversee international staffing and EOR platforms
• •Maintain HR data and reporting in SAP SuccessFactors
• •Create employment contracts and oversee payroll processes
• •Drive employer branding and DEI initiatives
• •Coordinate training and career development opportunities
• •Facilitate structured performance and feedback processes
• •Implement AI technology into HR workflows
• •Collaborate with founders and operations on strategy
