- •Minimum 5 years in-house full-cycle recruiting experience
- •Experience recruiting for GTM or commercial teams
- •Business fluent German and English language skills
- •Strong active sourcing experience
- •Advanced stakeholder management and influence skills
- •Exceptional organizational skills and proactive mentality
- •Commercial, performance-oriented and data-driven mindset
- •High affinity for technology and AI
- •Flexibility to commute to Chemnitz headquarters
Tasks
- •Manage the full recruitment cycle for European GTM roles
- •Lead initial kickoff meetings and complex offer negotiations
- •Collaborate with stakeholders and department leads to address challenges
- •Build meaningful relationships to engage and close candidates
- •Source talent on LinkedIn and other platforms
- •Develop a proactive talent network
- •Monitor pipeline success using relevant data
- •Build dashboards to keep stakeholders informed
- •Execute global strategic talent acquisition initiatives
- •Drive success through continuous improvement suggestions
- •Mentor junior team members
