Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in software development
  • •At least 3 years of experience building web applications in Go
  • •Effective use of key-value databases (Redis, DynamoDB)
  • •Experience profiling Go applications and optimizing code
  • •Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform), Docker, and serverless infrastructure
  • •Experience working on large Go applications with high traffic
  • •Openness to relocating to Hamburg, Germany

  • •Develop backend solutions using Go
  • •Maintain microservice architecture for frontend communication
  • •Utilize event buses like Kafka and SQS/SNS for reliable microservice communication
  • •Participate in knowledge sharing and peer code reviews
  • •Optimize queries in modern databases like Druid, MySQL, and Redis
  • •Provide raw or aggregated data to partners based on their needs
  • •Collaborate with the Data Science team to solve complex mathematical problems
  • •Integrate ML algorithm solutions into adjoe's application
  • •Collect and aggregate billions of daily API events in Kafka and Kinesis streams
  • •Query data from the data lake in seconds
