- 3+ years of professional experience as a DevOps engineer, SRE, or Platform Engineer
- Extensive experience with Kubernetes
- Profound understanding of AWS ecosystem and services
- Good knowledge of microservice architecture
- Deep understanding of CI/CD tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies
- Openness to relocating to Hamburg, Germany
Tasks
- Reinvent cloud infrastructure with new technologies
- Design and implement solutions using AWS services
- Support developers in building a high-performance backend with Go
- Collaborate with experts from diverse technological backgrounds
- Work with the current tech stack including DruidDB, Kafka, and Kubernetes
- Migrate architecture to newly deployed Kubernetes and Kafka clusters
- Introduce Apache Spark or Flink into the system
- Set up a hosted object storage solution
- Troubleshoot issues in complex systems
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions
