Requirements
- 5-6 years relevant experience in financial institutions
- Educational background in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
- Proficiency in financial modelling (P&L, balance sheet, capital dynamics, scenario modelling, business case evaluation)
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for models, dashboards, presentations
- Hands-on experience with Pigment or similar enterprise planning platforms
- Experience with analytical or automation tools (SQL, VBA, Python) is a plus
- Solid understanding of financial statements and profitability drivers in banking
- Structured, detail-oriented thinker with high stakeholder-management maturity
- Professional fluency in English
- German language skills are a bonus

Tasks
- Drive annual budget and multi-year business plan cycles
- Align functions and challenge assumptions constructively
- Enhance quality and impact of monthly performance packs
- Translate complex data into strategic insights for executives
- Build and maintain integrated financial models
- Scale financial models for P&L, Balance Sheet, and capital dynamics
- Perform scenario analyses against regulatory constraints
- Analyze contribution margins and transaction processing
- Optimize gross margin performance across BaaS model
- Evaluate vendor spend and cost-to-serve metrics
- Provide financial guidance on strategic initiatives
- Advise on pricing and partner onboarding
- Ensure accuracy of cost allocations
- Contribute to audit-ready financial processes
- Meet BaFin and SRB regulatory expectations
