Requirements

• •BSc/MSc in Electrical/Aerospace Engineering
• •Strong hands-on experience with sensor systems
• •Extensive experience with system characterization
• •Knowledge in handling typical sensors
• •Extensive experience in pressure transducers
• •Experience with data acquisition systems
• •Experience with error calculations
• •Clean, organized, and structured work
• •Basic knowledge in Python or C++
• •Fluent in English

Tasks

• •Serve as the focal point for instrumentation on Spectrum.
• •Assist design teams in sensor selection and qualification.
• •Support assembly, integration, and testing teams with procedures.
• •Establish design and operational standards for flight instrumentation.
• •Conduct qualitative and quantitative checks on vehicle sensors.
• •Propose alternatives and assist in the sensor selection process.
• •Estimate and calculate measurement chain errors in systems.
• •Perform hands-on assembly and testing of instrumentation.
• •Maintain the flight instrumentation list for the vehicle.
• •Align with design teams to update sensor configuration files.
• •Incorporate all change requests into the list between flights.
• •Conduct instrumentation reviews and enhance selected equipment.
• •Perform functional and environmental qualification of sensors.
• •Assist in integrating flight sensors with the Flight Test Instrumentation system.
