Requirements

  • •5+ years experience in Fleet Management, Asset-heavy Mobility Operations, or Logistics
  • •Experience in high-growth or tech environment ideally
  • •Experience in deploying fleets or managing complex operational rollouts
  • •Exposure to the Autonomous Vehicle sector as a strong plus
  • •Track record of managing third-party vendors, fleet partners, or maintenance providers
  • •Ability to manage P&L components, billing reconciliation, and operational KPIs
  • •Data-driven optimization and asset integrity skills
  • •Fluency in English and German as an advantage
  • •Willingness to travel frequently to London, Germany, and United States
  • •Comfortable as individual contributor with leadership capabilities to scale teams

Tasks

  • •Define the European operational blueprint for autonomous vehicle management
  • •Design localized business models for diverse European markets
  • •Lead negotiations with potential fleet management partners
  • •Oversee European AV partnership operations and issue resolution
  • •Manage billing reconciliation and performance analytics
  • •Track KPIs and analyze customer feedback
  • •Direct end-to-end fleet deployment for international partners
  • •Develop vehicle maintenance workflows to ensure asset quality
  • •Optimize depot operations and process standards
  • •Build and lead a specialized operational team
