- Lead monthly reporting and annual financial statement preparation
- Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors
- Automate manual finance and accounting workflows
- Manage data and processes within DATEV Unternehmen Online
- Develop internal financial reports for leadership decision-making
- Optimize expense management and bank reconciliation tools
- Ensure documentation meets German regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain integrated 3-statement financial models
- Implement rolling forecasts and annual budgeting cycles
- Analyze unit economics to identify growth levers
- Prepare financial data for future fundraising due diligence
