Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial design, fashion design, or related field
- 3–5 years of professional experience in eyewear design
- In-depth knowledge of materials, color trends, and manufacturing processes for eyewear
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D CAD tools like Rhino or SolidWorks
- Excellent drawing and visualization skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial feasibility
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Tasks
- Design and develop new eyewear collections
- Translate brand identity and market trends into innovative designs
- Create mood boards, sketches, and 2D/3D renderings
- Produce precise technical drawings
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and merchandising teams
- Align design concepts with brand strategy and market needs
- Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure feasibility and quality
- Mentor junior designers and foster team creativity
- Monitor trends in fashion, materials, and technology
- Ensure designs meet sustainability and compliance standards
