Architecting TEVV frameworks and validation prototypes to expose agent vulnerabilities for high-stakes AI systems. Ph.D. in Robot Reinforcement Learning and Bayesian ML expertise required. Leadership of global team with 30+ experts.

Requirements

• •Master or Ph.D. in Robot Reinforcement Learning
• •Experience developing novel RL and ML algorithms
• •Theoretical and practical Reinforcement Learning expertise
• •Experience in Bayesian Machine Learning
• •Understanding of AI/ML/RL lifecycle
• •Strong stakeholder communication and scoping skills
• •Experience with differentiable deep learning
• •Experience with Active Learning and RLHF
• •Background in model compression and pruning
• •Hands-on experience with Bayesian Meta-Learning
• •Strong innovation portfolio and patent history
• •Experience spearheading global AI initiatives
• •Success in leading cross-functional teams
• •Knowledge of high-security deployment constraints
• •Experience engaging senior C-suite stakeholders
• •Prior Government CONFIDENTIAL security clearance

Tasks

• •Architect the AI TEVV product suite for reinforcement learning
• •Develop next-generation AI testing and assurance frameworks
• •Scale reinforcement learning capabilities for safe and robust agents
• •Implement RL validation prototypes to expose agent vulnerabilities
• •Lead and mentor a global team of 30+ experts
• •Define the long-term vision and technical roadmap for RL TEVV
• •Validate RL algorithms and learned policies in complex environments
• •Advance methods for learning probabilistic reward functions from human feedback
• •Align AI behavior with mission goals using RLHF
• •Partner with Product Management to translate customer needs into architecture
• •Develop technical roadmaps supporting product-led growth strategies
