Developing learning academies and embedding Lean methodology in daily operations at a healthcare provider with 29 country operations. Relevant Lean certification (e.g., Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) required. International project management in a matrix organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering Lean training in corporate environment
- Relevant Lean certification (e.g., Six Sigma Green/Black Belt)
- Experience developing/implementing learning programs or academies
- Strong project management skills (ideally in international matrix organizations)
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Solid understanding of modern learning methodologies
- Experience with blended and digital learning formats
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) (advantage)
- Analytical and impact-driven mindset
- Ability to translate business needs into learning solutions
- Experience supporting organizational transformation or operational excellence initiatives (beneficial)
- Valid work permit for Germany
- Willingness to relocate to Mannheim area
Tasks
- Define and implement academy governance, structures, and strategic alignment.
- Design engaging, modern learning concepts.
- Design blended learning formats.
- Support Lean methodology adoption in daily operations.
- Develop clear roadmaps, learning pathways, and certification models.
- Drive academy setup.
- Oversee technical implementation of Academies.
- Ensure continuous improvement of Academies.
- Advise stakeholders on learning methodologies.
- Advise stakeholders on instructional design.
- Co-develop Lean training programs.
- Support adoption of Lean practices across the organization.
- Foster a continuous improvement learning culture.
- Track participation, progress, and program effectiveness.
- Maintain a consolidated overview of Academy activities.
- Gather feedback on Academy activities.
- Share best practices and learning insights.
- Provide clear, consistent communication to stakeholders.
- Deliver regular updates and reports to key stakeholders.
