Senior Events & Projects Manager(m/w/x)
Global event project lifecycle management for luxury fashion tech. Several years of luxury fashion or agency experience required. Up to 32 days holiday, 10 days mobile office abroad.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in luxury fashion, agency, lifestyle, or related industries with a strong focus on project management and global event execution
- Ability to manage multiple complex timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams simultaneously, with expertise in budget tracking, supplier negotiation, financial reconciliation, and invoicing processes
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when proofreading presentations, budgets, and project materials
- Confident communication and presentation to senior stakeholders, partners, and suppliers, with experience leading, guiding, or mentoring junior team members
- Strong problem-solving skills, with experience handling logistics, shipping coordination, customs, or delivery-related challenges in event or retail environments
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to maintain structure in a fast-paced international setting
- Fluent in English; German or additional languages are an advantage, with willingness to travel internationally and support on-site event execution when required
Tasks
- Manage full project lifecycle of global events
- Develop and maintain project timelines
- Ensure stakeholder alignment on milestones
- Oversee event budgets with precision
- Handle cost forecasts, supplier agreements, and purchase orders
- Manage on-time invoice processing
- Mentor junior team members in budget management
- Review internal event decks and presentations
- Proofread for accuracy and brand alignment
- Provide leadership with project overviews
- Consolidate timelines, budgets, risks, and next steps
- Lead internal project meetings
- Assign responsibilities and track progress
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Facilitate structured communication and information flow
- Provide clear project updates
- Proactively flag delays, risks, or budget deviations
- Coordinate operational and logistics elements
- Manage shipping of materials and products
- Handle customs, deliveries, and set-up logistics
- Arrange guest travel and gifting
- Resolve challenges with internal and external partners
- Manage complex, long-lead projects
- Ensure structure and timeline discipline
- Deliver premium event standards
- Collaborate with PR, Marketing, Creative, Buying, Logistics, and Finance
- Ensure accurate and maintained documentation
- Maintain timelines, budgets, contacts, reports, and post-event recaps
