Senior Enterprise Account Executive - Tax & Trade(m/w/x)
Developing strategic account plans for tax and trade technology sales at a content and technology provider. 5+ years in tax/software/technology sales and German fluency required. Work from anywhere for up to 8 weeks, plus two Mental Health Days off.
Requirements
- Fluency in German
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in account management or sales in the tax/software/technology industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of AI and software technology products and services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability in solution selling and strategic account planning
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- MBA or relevant advanced degree
- Experience in AI or machine learning industry
- Proven success in managing enterprise-level accounts
- Track record of developing and nurturing partner relationships
Tasks
- Drive sales growth for enterprise customers
- Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
- Develop and execute strategic account plans
- Collaborate with teams to create sales strategies
- Act as a customer advocate within the company
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
- Acquire new customers through strategic initiatives
- Identify and close new sales opportunities
- Upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries
- Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with customer success for onboarding
- Lead customer meetings and develop presentations
- Understand customer business needs and challenges
- Present tailored solutions to solve customer problems
- Conduct regular business reviews for alignment
- Work with solution consultants on tailored solutions
- Coordinate with professional services for implementation
- Partner with the Partnerships & Alliances team for growth
- Provide customer feedback for product development
