Tasks

  • •Collaborate with the Product Lead to address upcoming work and challenges
  • •Set standards for quality, stability, and security with the Principal Technical Lead
  • •Hire, mentor, and coach engineers to meet squad needs
  • •Lead initiatives to enhance the R&D Department's functionality
  • •Exemplify company values as a leader
