- •Define process ownership and use-cases for digital projects
- •Lead project teams and establish governance structures
- •Design and execute change management approaches
- •Evaluate cost-benefit ratios for process improvements
- •Direct leadership alignment and resource allocation
- •Oversee project initiation and risk reporting
- •Assess CRM design to maximize user acceptance
- •Identify and implement CRM process improvements
- •Investigate and implement a Copilot interface
- •Define rollout milestones for the CRM system
- •Develop training and key user concepts
- •Ensure a successful global CRM go-live
