Senior Group Business Controller(m/w/x)

Description

In this role, you will provide strategic financial insights and lead the planning process while collaborating with IT and accounting teams. Your focus will be on enhancing reporting capabilities and driving continuous improvement across financial operations.

Requirements

• •University degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
• •Significant relevant professional experience in Finance business partnering role, ideally within life sciences/pharmaceutical sector, and/or within a public/global company, and/or experience with supporting same enabling functions
• •Experience of setting up reporting structure
• •Experience of working in an international environment
• •Experience of leading and managing transformation projects
• •Experience in a Group Business Controlling Environment
• •Strong IFRS knowledge
• •Business fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• •German fluency
• •PCAOB and SOX Experience
• •Big 4 experience / Consulting

Tasks

• •Maintain compliance with reporting standards
• •Collaborate with Group Accounting on financial closings
• •Contribute to high-quality external financial reporting
• •Identify automation opportunities for continuous improvement
• •Standardize processes for enhanced financial insights
• •Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
