- Maintain oversight of all strategic TechOps initiatives
- Coordinate cohesive, cross-functional execution
- Manage the global Network Strategy program
- Coordinate site ramp-ups, ramp-downs, transitions, and consolidations
- Drive the TechOps transformation roadmap
- Build capabilities and optimize processes
- Support organizational development with structured alignment
- Oversee strategic cross-site projects from a program perspective
- Manage risks, dependencies, and resources
- Align with PMO leads in R&D and Quality on timelines and risks
- Prepare program insights and risk assessments for the SVP
- Draft decision proposals and ensure consistent executive communication
