Description

In this role, you will lead the Real-World Data team, shaping strategies and partnerships to enhance decision-making. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing methodologies, managing external collaborations, and driving innovative tools for evidence generation.

Requirements

• •PhD in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Data Science, or related fields
• •12+ years of experience in RWD partnerships, methodologies, RWE generation, and advanced analytics and systems in pharmaceutical or healthcare settings
• •Proven leadership in managing teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration
• •Expertise in statistical programming (e.g., R, SAS, Python) and working with diverse RWD sources, including EHRs, claims data, and patient-reported outcomes
• •Strong understanding of regulatory, payer and HTA bodies requirements and industry standards for RWD and RWE
• •Excellent strategic, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders

Tasks

• •Collaborate with PRWE, CMS, and R&D for integrated RWD support
• •Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team
• •Represent the organization at industry events
• •Enhance RWD applications for hybrid and innovative studies
• •Develop methodologies and frameworks for RWE synthesis to support regulatory and payer requirements
• •Lead efforts to improve data interoperability and integration across diverse RWD sources
