- •Design and optimize operational systems and machines
- •Define and track new performance KPIs
- •Build and scale operational teams from scratch
- •Align production with the product innovation roadmap
- •Set targets and close gaps for production throughput
- •Maximize machine uptime and own performance metrics
- •Build scalable yield and quality systems
- •Ensure consistent logistics and delivery performance
- •Hire and develop talent for 100+ headcount
- •Implement MES/ERP and automated workflows
- •Establish lean systems without bureaucratic overhead
- •Partner with Product and Engineering teams
- •Manage compliance and operational safety
- •Maintain cost efficiency and financial discipline
