Requirements
- •3–5 years of relevant professional experience in Operations Management, Process Management, or a comparable role
- •Completed degree in Business Administration, Operations, Process or Project Management, or a related field
- •Strong understanding of end-to-end processes and experience working in cross-functional environments
- •Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects, tool and system implementations, process optimization and KPI management, scaling business models
- •Strong analytical skills, structured working style, and high problem-solving ability
- •Fluent English skills, both written and spoken (German skills are optional)
- •Confident use of common tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management software)
- •Experience with ERP, CRM, or warehouse management systems
- •Familiarity with data analytics and BI tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
- •Hands-on mindset, strong sense of ownership, and ability to set priorities and maintain oversight in a dynamic environment

- •Analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes
- •Document and scale processes with a focus on efficiency and quality
- •Manage and coordinate cross-departmental initiatives
- •Lead operational projects, including tool rollouts and system implementations
- •Identify bottlenecks and develop practical solutions
- •Define, monitor, and analyze relevant KPIs
- •Prepare reports and derive actionable insights
- •Support forecasting and capacity planning
- •Collaborate closely with the Tech team on digital solutions
- •Evaluate new tools, technologies, and methodologies
