  • •Develop regional merchandising strategies for Apparel, Footwear, Hardgoods & Accessories
  • •Build and lead a high-performing team of merchants
  • •Create product positioning and assortment strategies based on consumer insights
  • •Lead seasonal product buying and sales planning for profitable growth
  • •Build regional store assortment plans based on existing store clusters
  • •Oversee product investments and optimize product lifecycle
  • •Act as the voice of the region to Global Product Management teams
  • •Own key KPIs for the EMEA market, including sales and inventory productivity
  • •Drive pricing, promotion, and inventory strategies for profitability
  • •Build relationships with regional commercial leaders to enhance performance
  • •Monitor and analyze consumer behaviors and market dynamics
