  • •Manage full P&L responsibility for the 4008 product line
  • •Oversee CAPEX, investments, and manufacturing location decisions
  • •Direct make-or-buy strategies for product components
  • •Release updated and new product offerings within VS Machines
  • •Align product releases with BU ecosystem and portfolio strategies
  • •Develop innovative products with improved performance and lower costs
  • •Set strategies for manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain
  • •Manage COP procurement and manufacturing technology
  • •Drive KPIs for innovation, development, quality, and cost performance
