- Demonstrate standard and tailored product features
- Generate and maintain product demo scripts
- Deliver Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements
- Respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents
- Stay current on product developments and releases
- Support marketing events and user conferences
- Understand competitive analyses and differentiators
- Address business and technical problems with products
- Conduct transition briefings with Sales and Professional Services
- Communicate commitments and expectations for deployment
- Act as a ServiceNow subject matter expert at briefings and events
